Shipping

We use 2-3 day USPS Priority shipping. We only ship Monday-Wednesday. Any orders placed after 12pm Wednesday will ship out the following Monday. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email to confirm. Then you will receive a second email with the tracking number to help you track the package and make arrangements to insure you will be home to receive your package. We don't recommend letting your package sit outside as extreme heat or cold can kill your roaches.

Due to state laws we cannot ship Dubia or Lateralis to Florida. Discoids are allowed.

We cannot ship to Canada.

We reserve the right to change or delay orders due to any unforseen weather conditions.


Return Policy

All orders have a live arrival guarantee. If  you receive your order dead at no fault of your own, you have 24 hours to contact us and provide pictures as proof.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can return it for a full refund within 5 days. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns and we will do our best to help.
