Blaptica dubia is one of the most popular feeder roaches. Adults can reach up to 1 ½“ to 2 inches. Once dubia roaches reach adulthood they can live up to 12 months. Blaptica dubia also have the great advantage of being extremely easy to sex as the adult males have full wings while the adult females have only tiny wing stubs. Dubia are very slow movers, and cannot fly or climb smooth surfaces. They are great feeder insects because of their shell to meat ratio. These feeder insects are live bearers, easy keepers, and very good breeders!

I received them in two days they were assorted sizes with lots of adults. They were very healthy and hearty. A lot of online vendors sell these types of roaches for .60 -1.00 depending on the quantity. This is a great deal. I raise bearded dragons and feed them crickets roaches and phoenix worms but roaches are by far their favorite food. I prefer roaches because they dont smell or make noise. At these prices it is far more economical then crickets.
